Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments to develop personalized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy, focusing on measurable outcomes to enhance the client’s mental health.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting methods based on client response and clinical efficacy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, taking an active role in case management and treatment planning.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality and care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
