• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients’ mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, tailored to their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, potential treatment options, and self-care strategies, promoting an informed approach to mental health.
\n
• Monitor and document client progress, regularly adjusting treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical specialists for integrated care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance holistic treatment.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to continuously improve therapeutic practices.

Our clients encompass a broad spectrum of backgrounds and experiences, with a significant focus on individuals and families grappling with mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, and relational challenges. • Active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build a secure and trusting relationship with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental approach to client experiences.

• Previous experience in telehealth or remote therapy is highly desirable, though not mandatory.

• Experience in working collaboratively with other mental health professionals and medical staff.
