Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress through regular follow-ups, adjustments to care plans, and ongoing communication with families and support networks.

• Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care with other medical professionals and integrate client services effectively.

• Develop and implement engaging training sessions for interns and team members, enhancing their competencies in executing program plans.

• Prepare and submit detailed progress reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to document clients' advancements and any necessary modifications to their care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
