Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess client mental health needs and develop individualized treatment strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to groups, couples, families, and individuals, fostering an atmosphere of growth and healing.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, to best meet client needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and integrated treatment plans that address all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records according to legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000, complemented by additional bonuses based on performance and client engagement.
