This position is uniquely positioned in a fully remote setting, utilizing telehealth technology to deliver services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct Assessments: Evaluate client needs through comprehensive assessments to determine the most appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Provide Therapy: Deliver evidence-based counseling sessions to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, relationship issues, and grief.

• Utilize Technology: Engage with clients using our advanced telehealth platform, including video meetings, audio messages, and digital documentation.

• Create Treatment Plans: Develop personalized treatment plans that align with client needs and utilize your clinical expertise for effective care.

• Monitoring Progress: Regularly track client progress and adjust treatment goals as necessary using built-in tracking tools.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily consists of low-acuity adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and other emotional issues. We intentionally screen clients to ensure that they are stable and ready to engage in therapy, allowing you to focus your energy on providing high-quality support and guidance. Importantly, our telehealth platform does not cater to children or patients with severe mental health conditions.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Licensure: Must hold a current, unencumbered LPCC license in California.

• Technology: A reliable internet connection and the capability to perform virtual sessions using a computer (PC or laptop) are essential. Tablets are not supported.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in telehealth settings or virtual therapy is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and online counseling tools will be advantageous.

• Experience working with diverse client populations, particularly adults managing low-acuity mental health concerns.
