Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to establish client needs and treatment goals, using evidence-based practices to develop tailored therapy plans.

• Provide one-on-one counseling, as well as group therapy sessions, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to support client progress.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, while enhancing the quality of care through meticulous documentation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care delivery, participating in case discussions and patient evaluations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals, couples, and families seeking mental health support. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The offered salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 per year. In addition, our center provides a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000 to qualified candidates.
