Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and participate in creating customized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Ensure client records are accurate and complete by reviewing charts for all necessary documentation, signatures, and conducting weekly audits.

• Facilitate effective discharge planning and promote community outreach to ensure seamless transitions for clients.

• Act decisively in emergency situations, using sound judgment to address crises as they arise.

• Maintain detailed records of client activities and noteworthy events in daily documentation.

• Respond promptly and empathetically to client concerns and complaints, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Oversee the orientation process, ensuring clients receive necessary introductions to their support network.

• Facilitate real-time communication with family members as per the client's wishes, enhancing the support system throughout treatment.

• Meet individually with each client at least twice a week to monitor progress and adjust therapeutic strategies as necessary.

• Document interactions and group session notes accurately, contributing to a comprehensive treatment history.

• Engage actively in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities to sharpen clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000.00 - $100,000 annually, accompanied by a robust benefits package. Full-time employees are eligible for the following:
