Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and individualized therapy strategies for clients to address their unique needs and challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to improve therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical records in adherence to legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, keeping abreast of the latest developments in mental health research and practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus on serving a diverse client population, primarily comprising individuals and families experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Your expertise in family therapy and trauma-informed care will be invaluable as you work to create individualized treatment plans that resonate with our clients' unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience within a clinical setting, demonstrating proven effectiveness in providing therapeutic care.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical codes governing clinical practice in state and federal regulations.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 – 140,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
