Work Environment\n

This position is based remotely, providing flexibility in work hours. However, LPCCs will also have regular access to our outpatient office in Bakersfield, California, where in-person care is offered when needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to gather detailed information regarding clients' emotional and mental health histories.

• Facilitate engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions, utilizing active listening and inquiry techniques to foster deep self-exploration among clients.

• Monitor client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as required to ensure effective interventions.

• Implement emergency care protocols when necessary to ensure client safety and well-being during crises.

• Guide clients through therapeutic exercises and role-playing scenarios to enhance coping strategies and practical skills.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems as required.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, based on experience and workload.
