Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct follow-up assessments and develop prevention plans following any crises, ensuring that you coordinate with external agencies as needed.

• Maintain accurate clinical and administrative records, adhering strictly to contractual and billing requirements, and submit encounter forms on a weekly basis to facilitate timely reimbursement.

• Engage actively in weekly clinical meetings that promote integrated approaches to patient care, collaborating with medical providers and other inter-disciplinary team members.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing behavioral health services and refining integrated care models.

• Provide informal consultation to other providers, sharing expertise to improve patient management and treatment outcomes.

Your work as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor will involve supporting a diverse patient population, including individuals with chronic mental health issues, substance use disorders, and other psychosocial challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
