Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations of new patients to assess their mental health status, identifying critical issues and developing holistic and individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual counseling, psychoeducational sessions, and group therapy, ensuring that all approaches comply with established clinical guidelines.

• Implement effective suicide prevention techniques and crisis intervention strategies, actively monitoring client behaviors and responding to emergencies when necessary.

• Engage in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating with peers to enhance patient care and outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions in adherence to state and company requirements, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will primarily focus on serving a diverse clientele, including adults experiencing chronic mental health challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological conditions. Qualifications\n

• An active and valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential issued by the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
