Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth, with the option to facilitate couple or family therapy as desired.

• Design individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific goals of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices and treatments.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in optional professional development opportunities, including continuing education units (CEUs) and peer consultations, to enhance your skills and maintain licensure.

• Build therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, cultural humility, and nonjudgment, creating a safe space for clients to explore their challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients from various backgrounds, including individuals, couples, and families seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal challenges. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted LPCC license in California, held in good standing.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure in a professional counseling setting.

• Demonstrated understanding of California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) regulations and ethical guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000.00 to $100,000 per year, with additional benefits including flexible hours, administrative and technical support, and the opportunity to choose between salaried and per-session compensation models.
