Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home office while utilizing advanced telehealth technologies. Your work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gain an understanding of each client’s unique needs and strengths, developing tailored treatment plans that are genuinely person-centered.

• Facilitate various formats of therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapies, employing evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Integrate trauma-informed care practices into your approach, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients dealing with past traumas or current stressors.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers, to provide a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions and treatment results in adherence to state regulations, using electronic medical records (EMR) systems for efficiency.

• Engage in regular case reviews and professional consultations, promoting continuous improvement in your skills and therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client base, including individuals and families from varying backgrounds, managing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adjustment disorders. This role requires a strong commitment to providing equitable mental health services and adapting your approach to meet the unique cultural and individual needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LPCC license from California, with no disciplinary actions currently in place.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related discipline.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience specifically within mental health counseling settings.

• Proficient in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support client healing.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both clients and team members.

• Strong organizational skills, ensuring that all client records and documentation meet compliance standards.
