Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure video calls for adult clients, focusing on their unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow therapists, to create comprehensive and tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize systematic self-assessments and progress measures to evaluate symptoms, track functional improvements, and modify treatment strategies as required.

• Stay informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and participate in ongoing training for our distinctive care pathways, ensuring top-notch care delivery.

• Document patient interactions and progress thoroughly in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage actively with peers in case reviews and consultations to enhance service delivery through shared knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will possess passion and expertise in working with a diverse adult population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. You will be instrumental in providing proactive, culturally responsive care tailored to the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and previous experience providing remote therapy is essential.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse client populations.

• Proficiency in using technology, including telehealth platforms, Google Suite, and EHR systems, to manage client interactions and documentation efficiently.

• The ability to maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor while delivering mental health services remotely.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2-3 years of experience in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, emphasizing applied methodologies that promote healing and self-discovery.

• Experience working specifically with adolescents and young adults and an understanding of their unique challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
