Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family counseling sessions through video conferencing platforms, ensuring a secure and comfortable environment for clients.

• Facilitate open discussions about emotions and experiences, employing therapeutic techniques that promote self-awareness and emotional growth.

• Assess clients’ mental health needs by performing thorough evaluations and developing evidence-based, personalized treatment plans.

• Advocate for and empower clients by helping them establish achievable goals and providing ongoing support as they navigate their mental health journeys.

• Implement a solution-focused approach in therapy sessions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as appropriate.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Your work will include supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Understanding and respecting the unique backgrounds of each client is essential in providing culturally competent care that meets their individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated expertise in providing mental health counseling services to individuals and families, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively across diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
