In this remote role, you will join a dynamic and dedicated team of mental health professionals who prioritize a trauma-informed approach to therapy. Our outpatient clinic operates on a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments, evaluating patients' trauma histories to tailor appropriate treatment approaches.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process trauma, develop effective coping strategies, and foster emotional healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for each patient.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating adaptability and calm underpressure.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and effective coping mechanisms, enhancing their understanding of available resources.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical healthcare standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred.

• Strong foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions.

Preferred Experience\n
