Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to carefully evaluate patients' histories, allowing for the development of targeted treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Offer crisis intervention support during emergencies, ensuring all patients receive timely and appropriate care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, aligned with trauma-informed care.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and a deep understanding of trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by an empathetic and non-judgmental approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n
