Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and develop personalized treatment strategies.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience-building tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to provide effective treatment.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients in processing trauma, developing healthy coping mechanisms, and fostering overall healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to integrate care, ensuring comprehensive treatment for each patient.

• Offer crisis intervention services, providing immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available community resources, enhancing their support systems.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
