Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, employing structured interviews and standardized tests to evaluate clients' mental health needs effectively.

• Collaborate with clients to identify and establish measurable treatment goals, ensuring alignment with their personal values and circumstances.

• Provide tailored individual therapy, as well as family and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address diverse mental health challenges, such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in symptoms or client feedback.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Educate and support clients’ families, encouraging their involvement in the therapeutic process to foster a nurturing environment for recovery.

• Engage in ongoing professional training and supervision to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will serve a diverse clientele ranging from children to seniors, including those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
