Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Conduct detailed and empathetic assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and to formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), through secure virtual platforms.

• Engage clients actively, helping them set therapeutic goals and guiding them through their personal growth journeys.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, adapting your approach to best fit each individual’s unique circumstances and preferences.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
