Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and management during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients on mental health conditions, treatment possibilities, and access to community resources, guiding them toward recovery and empowerment.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to keep accurate patient records.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
