Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to accurately identify mental health needs, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans tailored to enhance clients' emotional well-being.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions via teletherapy, applying methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues.

• Coordinate with case managers, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic treatment approach, sharing insights about patient progress and therapeutic strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, employing both established protocols and empathetic engagement to navigate sensitive situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
