Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health counselor at Vitalize, you will work primarily with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will play an integral role in helping patients navigate their mental health journeys, providing support and guidance that fosters growth and healing in a safe, judgment-free environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical counseling setting, demonstrating effective patient care and treatment planning.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and facilitate constructive dialogue.

Compensation and Benefits\n
