Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' individual mental health needs and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide one-on-one therapy using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to ensure the best therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and continually monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, accommodating clients who prefer virtual interaction or have difficulties accessing traditional face-to-face therapy.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy in client records.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay current with advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Resolute Psychological Services, you will work primarily with adolescents and young adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• Strong proficiency in technology, including experience with telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and standard office software (e.g., Google Suite).

• Exemplary written and verbal communication abilities, reflecting a professional demeanor in all interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
