Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• License: A current, valid license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is mandatory.

• Pre-employment conditions: Candidates must pass a tuberculosis screening (to be repeated annually), undergo a comprehensive background check (including criminal and driving record), pass a drug screening, and provide professional reference checks. Ongoing monitoring and screenings will be conducted in compliance with company policy.

Experience working with clients with substance abuse issues and an understanding of co-occurring disorders is preferred.
