Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' histories, emotional states, and specific treatment needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate effective healing processes.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging clients to explore their trauma experiences, develop coping mechanisms, and engage in healthy processing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, ensuring comprehensive support for each patient's mental health needs.

• Offer crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, providing immediate support and strategies to stabilize and assist patients in distress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
