Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to understand each patient's unique background and trauma history, enabling tailored treatment solutions.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience-building, adapting approaches as necessary based on ongoing assessments.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), ensuring that treatment aligns with each patient's recovery goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, assisting patients in processing their experiences, acquiring coping strategies, and fostering personal growth.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
