Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, leveraging standardized tools and interviews to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique circumstances, goals, and evidence-based practices, continually adjusting as needed to promote optimal progress.

• Implement therapy sessions using a variety of methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to address each client’s specific needs.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health crises, utilizing effective de-escalation techniques and support to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Document all client interactions accurately and professionally, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines as stipulated by relevant regulatory bodies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health practitioners, to develop comprehensive care strategies for clients.

• Advocate for clients by educating them and their families on mental health matters, treatment options, and community resources that can aid in their recovery journey.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices and therapies through regular participation in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

• A valid State of California license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is necessary.

• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a minimum of two years of relevant therapeutic experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually.
