Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to understand their mental health needs, diagnosing conditions accurately and creating personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic services through individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring immediate safety and stabilization.

• Document and maintain detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, adhering to ethical and legal standards to ensure confidentiality.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to deliver comprehensive care and coordinate services for clients.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
