Work Environment\n

This position offers a unique remote work setting that allows you flexibility while maintaining a high standard of patient engagement and care. Although the role is primarily virtual, you will also have the opportunity to work in an outpatient office environment when needed for client sessions and team collaboration. Our work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet client needs and schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that respect individual goals and challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to ensure effective treatment.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions that foster community connections and provide valuable skills for managing mental health.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care that addresses all aspects of the patient's mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention to support clients in acute distress, utilizing rapid assessment and stabilization techniques.
\n
• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available local resources, helping to create a roadmap for recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and other professional development activities to maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements and research in mental health therapy to enhance your clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, including current evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and creating effective treatment plans.

• Proficiency in delivering individual and group therapy to clients and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with patients.

• Adherence to ethical standards and professional boundaries in all interactions.

• Competence in electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer proficiency.

• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting, particularly in a telehealth capacity.

• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops.

Compensation and Benefits\n
