Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist with Addiction Counseling, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health and trauma history, determining suitable therapeutic interventions.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that focus on each client's unique needs, fostering resilience and recovery from trauma.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to guide clients through their healing journeys, enhancing their coping strategies and emotional regulation skills.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a well-rounded and comprehensive care approach, maintaining open lines of communication.

• Provide crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies and offer immediate support to clients in distress.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available community resources to empower their recovery.

• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, while embracing the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficiency.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through case consultations, team meetings, and training on the latest trauma-informed care practices.

Your primary focus will be assisting individuals who have experienced varying degrees of trauma, including those suffering from PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
