Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand each client’s needs and therapy goals.

• Developing tailored treatment plans utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based methods.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Maintaining up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experience is highly desirable:

• At least two years of direct experience providing psychotherapy services.

• Previous work in a community health setting is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
