Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will undertake the following key responsibilities:

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments, functional improvement metrics, and goal progress measures to continuously monitor and refine treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our intuitive therapist portal, which simplifies the recording of session notes and treatment progress.
\n
• Develop and update mental health diagnoses using the DSM V guidelines, ensuring accurate and respectful identification of client needs.
\n
• Create individualized treatment plans that align with best practice guidelines, incorporating a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and brief therapy modalities.

• Provide weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure synchronous video conferencing to clients facing a wide array of emotional and psychological challenges.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists within our dynamic community to offer comprehensive support and holistic treatment strategies across disciplines.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of adults experiencing various emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, clinical social work, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• A valid independent license to practice as a mental health clinician in Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC). Holding licenses in multiple states is a significant advantage.
