Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and identify treatment needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based trauma recovery techniques.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on processing trauma, developing coping strategies, and fostering resilience among clients.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Provide crisis interventions during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate support and resource access.
\n
• Teach clients and their families about trauma responses and effective coping mechanisms, enhancing their understanding of available resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities centered on trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals affected by trauma, including those suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
