Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' histories and identify tailored treatment strategies.

• Craft and execute individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience, and improved mental health outcomes.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate patient healing.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients process trauma, develop coping mechanisms, and foster healing.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and integrated care for all clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies to safeguard patient well-being.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping strategies, and the resources available to assist their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities is essential.

• Demonstrated experience providing trauma-focused therapies and interventions is necessary.

Preferred Experience\n
