Key Responsibilities\n

The role encompasses several key responsibilities that directly contribute to the therapeutic journey of our clients:

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to identify patient needs and trauma history, tailoring personalized care strategies.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans aimed at promoting resilience and facilitating trauma recovery, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to address specific trauma-related challenges.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, creating supportive environments for clients to process their trauma experiences and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive integrated care for patients, ensuring consistent support across all levels of treatment.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and familiarity with trauma-informed treatment approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, candidates with a passion for serving trauma-impacted populations will also be considered. Additionally, experience delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year.
