Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to accurately evaluate patients' histories and individual treatment needs.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, resilience, and mental wellness.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), during individual and group therapy sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at assisting clients in processing their trauma and developing effective coping mechanisms.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and healthcare practitioners to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support in emergency situations related to trauma.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping skills, and available resources to support their recovery journey.

• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of patient information while complying with legal and ethical standards.

In this role, you will primarily work with adults who are dealing with the repercussions of trauma, such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
