Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, where you will assess clients' mental health status, discuss their concerns, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s evolving needs, incorporating their feedback and progress.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Simple Serenity Wellness Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
