This position is fully remote, allowing you to connect with clients through telehealth platforms. Our team operates with a flexible, Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, facilitating a work-life balance that aligns with your personal needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and psychosocial needs using established tools and methodologies.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on client goals and evidence-based practices.

• Provide ongoing individual, family, and couples counseling via telehealth to address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Document patient medical and psychological histories accurately, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as organizational standards.

• Facilitate crisis intervention as necessary, utilizing your knowledge of substance abuse, domestic violence, and other socio-environmental factors impacting mental health.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to create a holistic approach to client care, contributing insights on psychosocial stressors and treatment efficacy.

The Telehealth Mental Health Counselor will serve a diverse clientele, representing various backgrounds, cultures, and experiences, with a priority on supporting vulnerable populations. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist.

• Strong clinical skills evidenced by a minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct counseling services in a therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
