Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Everbright, you will have a variety of essential duties, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

• Implementing effective therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more to help clients gain skills and strategies for coping with challenges.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential clinical records in alignment with HIPAA regulations, ensuring client privacy and compliance with legal standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care and share valuable insights about client progress.

• Participating in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance the therapeutic process and ensure the highest quality of care.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment possibilities, and local resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
