Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Conduct thorough assessments to gain insight into clients’ strengths, challenges, and treatment objectives, facilitating informed treatment planning.

• Implement and continuously evaluate treatment plans based on client feedback and progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to optimize effectiveness.

• Maintain clear and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a diverse demographic, including individuals and families from various backgrounds. You will work with clients facing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, and transitions in life. Your role is critical in fostering a supportive relationship that enables clients to confront their challenges and achieve their health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: Candidates must hold an active license to practice independently as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, without any restrictions. Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to cultivate strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for telehealth services, with good computer literacy to navigate documentation and client management systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within an outpatient mental health setting or in a similar capacity is preferred, with an understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
