Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions using live video conferencing technology for adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological disorders.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to regularly monitor clients’ progress, adapting treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation within our intuitive therapist portal, leveraging digital tools designed for streamlined record-keeping.

• Receive ongoing support and consultation from the Therapy Leadership Team to enhance professional development and address complex cases.

• Formulate mental health diagnoses in accordance with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-V).

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on standard practices and therapeutic models, delivering therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy during individual counseling sessions.

The therapist will work with a wide variety of clients, including adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma-related issues, and other emotional challenges. Qualifications\n
