Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients in various therapeutic streams, including Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and General Outpatient Programs (GOP).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Communicate proactively with families, schools, and community resources to create a supportive network around each client.

• Develop and monitor treatment goals, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

• Provide case management services, linking clients to community resources and support systems as needed.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and progress in line with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Stay informed about the latest research, therapies, and methodologies in mental health to continuously improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population struggling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, ADHD, and more. Clients may also present with co-occurring disorders, requiring an integrated approach to treatment. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with current licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The expected salary range for this full-time position is USD $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
