Work Environment\n

This position operates entirely remotely, providing flexibility to work from home while remaining connected with colleagues and clients. Our practice utilizes an advanced electronic health record (EHR) system to document client interactions and records, ensuring streamlined processes for assessment, treatment, and communication. While you will have structured hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility in scheduling may be required to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to determine the specific needs of each patient.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

Qualifications\n
