Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's needs.

• Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring each plan reflects personal goals and cultural contexts.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), to facilitate client progress in various settings, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients and coordinate with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams to maintain continuity of care for individuals experiencing acute psychological distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, adhering to practice guidelines, which includes progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies to empower informed decision-making and effective management of their mental health.

• Collaborate consistently with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to ensure holistic and integrated treatment for our patients.
