Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized, couples, family, and group therapy sessions to address various mental health issues across different age groups, adapting therapeutic approaches to cater to each client’s unique requirements.

• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identify strengths and challenges, and establish personalized treatment goals.

• Develop, implement, and modify evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients’ unique needs and challenges, employing appropriate therapeutic modalities.

• Conduct regular follow-up assessments and maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes to ensure optimal care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to provide integrated care, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support through referrals and coordination of services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. Your efforts will directly contribute to improved mental health outcomes for clients dealing with various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona. Note: We do not accept limited or provisional licenses.

• Proven ability to conduct thorough evaluations, make informed clinical decisions, and develop effective treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trustful relationships with clients and exhibit empathy and compassion in therapeutic settings.

• Proficiency with technology and electronic health record systems to facilitate remote counseling and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health or clinical setting offering mental health services.

• Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and of varying ages.

• The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
