This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our supportive team structure. You will have access to administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, freeing you to focus primarily on client interactions and treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients with diverse backgrounds and varying mental health needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through interviews and standardized tools to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, drawing from a wide range of therapeutic modalities.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers and medical professionals, to ensure clients receive coordinated and holistic care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards, including records of client progress and treatment interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele across all age groups. From children and adolescents navigating school-related stress, to adults facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, or trauma, you will utilize a person-centered approach aimed at empowering clients in their journey towards mental wellness and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Must possess a valid and unrestricted license to practice independently as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.
\n
• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted; candidates must have no history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to conduct professional evaluations and make informed recommendations for treatment planning and implementation.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, alongside the ability to establish rapport and foster trust with clients of varied backgrounds.

• Proficient with technology, including telehealth systems and electronic health records, enabling efficient patient management.
