Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, including their emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs.

• Develop, implement, and review personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to assist clients in achieving their treatment goals.

• Monitor clients' progress through regular follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment approaches based on individual needs and response to therapy.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure holistic care delivery.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations and electronic health record (EHR) standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, and eating disorders. Our therapeutic approach emphasizes cultural competence and inclusivity, allowing you to engage effectively with clients from different backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• A solid understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and cultural considerations in therapy.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain composed in high-stress situations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
