Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to determine clients' needs and challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, addressing specific mental health goals, cultural context, and personal circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), in various formats such as individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive timely and effective support during acute mental health crises.

• Document clinical notes and treatment plans meticulously, ensuring compliance with clinic policies, ethical standards, and state regulations.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with tools and resources to maintain mental well-being and manage their conditions effectively.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to foster a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues stemming from trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary range for this position is $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
