Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to understand client needs and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to improve their mental health outcomes.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, tailored specifically for each client’s challenges.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records that comply with HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring that meticulous documentation supports our ethical and professional standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging in care coordination with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health providers to deliver comprehensive client care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings that focus on internal best practices and continuous improvement of client care strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them with the knowledge to navigate their journey effectively.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year for this full-time position.
